Hi guys,
Download this document, which tells you a little more about how to finish off your filming projects. It also gives you the details of your evaluation, and a bit of info about the audience surveys you'll be doing.
You shouold update your Gantt Charts now, filling out the info about your production and evaluation process. If you're going to Buxton next week, make sure that you and your group mates have discussed how to share the work between you. Final deadline is 2 weeks away!

CHECKLIST
Right - it is important that each group goes through the following checklist, as there are quite a few groups with outstanding issues or missing bits and pieces.
1. Are your preliminary tasks (and associated discussion) posted on your main blog? These are an essential part of your coursework.
2. Check that your film brief, similar media works profile and target audience profile are all on your blog. Also, check that you have actually analysed 2 excerpts of films of your genre. Have you talked about the technical codes (camera angles, lighting, music, etc) and how it produces meaning? How is this typical/atypical of the genre?
3. Are your storyboard, shot list, consent letters on your blog?
4. Are all of your docs public? Some people still haven't made theirs public!
5. Are all images you've uploaded readable (ie. not too dark or too light)? All images should be in jpeg or png format - NOT PSD or BMP.
6. It is now time to update your Gantt Charts again. Remember - your films should be completed and uploaded by the 30th - this Friday!
7. How effective is your use of ICT? Are your links all working and clear? Is your use of colours, images, layout etc good, readable and related to your subject matter?
Once you've done this, keep going with your editing.
